As a renowned thought leader and driver of corporate culture, Charles Layne has successfully led founder-owned and private equity owned companies into record growth. His hallmark is building world-class teams that are focused on delivering the best in all areas, thereby creating predictable results. Through smart mergers and acquisitions, Charles integrates top companies while continuing to set records in organic growth expansion. He is an expert at helming SaaS, technology services and software-enabled services and has grown and scaled such businesses time and again.
Charles is highly esteemed in the industry, having won CEO of the Year from the Arizona Commerce Authority as well as multiple ASU Sun Devil 100 awards.
Charles’ talents encompass a multitude of arenas including business and channel development, IT and technology, sales tactics, mergers and acquisitions, go-to-market strategies, product development, and cultural transformations.
A native of Arizona, Charles received his Bachelor of Science in marketing from Arizona State University and a global leadership certificate from the Thunderbird School of International Management. He currently serves as board member for Lumistry, as well as in a board role for non-profit STEP - Student Expedition, focusing on empowering low income first generation prospective college students to realize their full potential.
Jevan Anderson is a highly accomplished technology executive with 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, financial advisory, investment banking, corporate development and strategy consulting. Jevan comes to GPS Insight from Rubicon Technologies, a software platform that provides smart waste and recycling solutions for businesses and governments worldwide, where he led the public offering as CFO. Prior to Rubicon, he was CFO of Finjan Holdings, where he helped orchestrate the sale of the company to Fortress Investment Group. He possesses broad experience covering public company officer roles, technology investment banking, and management/strategy consulting. Jevan has executed more than 100 transactions with over $20 billion in aggregate consideration with leading technology companies around the world.
Jevan earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from The Stern School of Business at New York University.
Sandra Hittle is Chief Marketing Officer at GPS Insight. Prior to joining GPSI, she worked in numerous industries including education, staffing and public safety technology in an array of marketing, customer success and operations capacities.
Sandra’s greatest strengths are her ability to execute results, build strategy and her people first leadership philosophy. She thrives on building solutions to challenges, optimizing operations and in her ability to cross-functionally bring teams together to achieve goals.
Sandra holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business from Arizona State University and an MBA in marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management. She lives in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and their Schnoodle, Max. In her free time, she loves to enjoy the outdoors hiking, is involved in martial arts refereeing tournaments and challenging her competitive spirit as undefeated escape rooms and puzzles.
As a well-versed in thought and technical leadership, Chris Peacock has successfully enabled private equity owned companies, with rapid growth and scale, to supporting fortune 500 companies.
Chris is a highly accomplished technology executive with over 35 years of experience in large scale architecture, infrastructure and building high performing engaged teams. Chris’ talents span a multitude of areas including business, product, engineering, IT, M&A, and cultural and technical transformations. Chris’ greatest strengths are his ability to optimize organizational costs, forming high functioning teams, delivering high value on time, and identifying areas of new opportunity.
Living in Colorado, Chris received a 1st Class Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of the West of England in the United Kingdom.
As Head of People and Talent at GPS Insight, Brandy spearheads the company’s human resources strategy, placing a strong emphasis on fostering employee engagement, implementing innovative Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, and deploying various HR tools. Brandy prioritizes the cultivation of trust and meaningful relationships with employees while simultaneously achieving key business objectives.
With over fifteen years of experience in human resources, Brandy’s background includes a notable tenure at SuperShuttle International, where she provided strategic support to over 3,300 employees across multiple locations in the United States.
Brandy holds a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
An Arizona native, Brandy enjoys hiking and spending time with her family.
Faton is a growth executive with deep experience in enterprise software, fintech, and Private Equity operations. He has a proven record of transforming GTM organizations, growing revenues, and exceeding profit targets. He has demonstrated success in launching new products, improving underperforming teams, and managing large operations. Faton is passionate about building and motivating high-performing teams.
Faton joins GPSI after serving as a CRO of at scale fintech company. Prior to that role, he was a long term Operating Partner for a Tech Private Equity firm where he scaled GTM teams across diverse tech verticals. Faton began his career at GE and Bain.
Faton holds degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo, and an MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business. He and his wife live in Atlanta with their three children.
Jim is a SaaS software leader with deep experience growing and exiting Private Equity, Venture Capital and Institutionally backed software companies. He has a proven track record of creating and leading product and GTM teams across the globe to support growth and retention.
Prior to joining GPSI, Jim served as the CPO at an enterprise asset management corporation. He has also held executive positions at multiple SaaS companies in the US, Europe and Asia.
Jim holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from Minnesota State University and an MBA from Pepperdine University, Graziadio Business School. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife.
Matt Null is the SVP of Integrations, Systems and Operations, where he leads the operational integration of the business to create a seamless buying experience for customers while streamlining internal GPSI processes.
Matt has been driving operational initiatives for the majority of his professional career, where he has earned a strong reputation for making data-driven decisions that deliver sustainable outcomes. With a focus on value creation in software companies that range from start-ups to the Fortune 100, he leverages diverse professional experiences across business functions to drive operational alignment around the end-to-end customer experience.
Matt has an Electrical Engineering degree from Penn State University and received an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. He currently resides in Denver with his wife and 2 children, where they enjoy all the outdoor things that Colorado has to offer.
Andrea Rowan is a bold and results-driven professional with a proven history of developing targeted strategies that maximize brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth. Andrea has dedicated her career to refining the approach, techniques and strategies that maximize organizational growth within SaaS companies for the B2B segment. She is a creative but practical thinker and loves to find natural applications for both her educational background as well as her professional lessons learned. Andrea is a firm believer that client collaboration is based on a partnership with reliable, credible, and results oriented platforms that drive success for customers.
In addition to her Doctoral Studies within Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University, Rowan has a Masters of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver. Having thrived in startup environments throughout her career, Andrea understands the unique challenges and opportunities that come with scaling businesses and creating disruptive market innovations. Alongside fostering a cohesive and diverse team, Andrea embraces change and leads with a dedication to identify and merge the right opportunities that align the team’s strengths, product offerings, and market dynamics.
Prior to joining GPS Insight, Andrea held seats on executive teams at companies based in NYC, Denver, Dallas, Santa Monica and Raleigh. While traversing her career, Andrea has helped build recognition and growth for some of the largest US household brands. She has a passion for the outdoors, and as a Colorado Native she enjoys spending time with her horses, fly fishing, and hiking. Andrea and her husband (Brian) have two daughters who play ice hockey (Aubrie and Ashlyn) and her family enjoys 300+ days of sunshine in her native state, Colorado.
